- Return the Item: Ship the item(s) back to us using the address provided in the return instructions. Please ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the refund eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3 business days.
- Refund Issuance: After the inspection is complete and your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
